GOLF TRAINING'S ADDED DIMENSION
While watching golf tournaments on television, you'll often hear commentators talk about a player's game - his or her "complete game." They'll also quote that player's stats and ranking in driving distance, fairways hit, greens in regulation, putts per game and more.
The stat that every golfer wants to improve is driving distance. Don’t you want to drive the ball 20, 30, 40 yards further? Of course, the answer is yes.
In recent years, much of the talk has been about the tour players and how most of them now incorporate physical training as part of their quest to develop their "complete game." They're stronger' leaner and more flexible, especially the new crop of upcoming younger players.
Copying the pros works for golfers too. My clients of all ages of men and women have all expressed the desire to drive the ball further. Now the ball is out there and set up to hit the green in two or close enough for a chip and a putt.
My successes in helping them reach those goals prompted -
